• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, before they are processed or shipped.

• To cancel, go to Order History in your account or contact Customer Support.

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders do not require a refund if canceled before delivery.

• Some items cannot be canceled: personalized items, digital goods, and gift cards.

• Orders may be automatically canceled if payment fails or items are out of stock.
