Shipping Locations
We currently offer shipping within Egypt.
Shipping to other governorates across Egypt will be available shortly.
Processing Time
  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.
  • During high-demand periods or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within:
  • 5–7 business days depending on your location
    Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier schedules, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Fees
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and may vary based on location.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly communicated before order confirmation.
Payment & Cash on Delivery
  • Payment options, including Cash on Delivery, will be displayed at checkout.
  • Please ensure the correct amount is available at the time of delivery.
  • Customers can pay via Instapay once the order is delivered, but shipping fees must be paid in cash.
  • Instapay details will be shared at the time of delivery.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect the order while the courier is still present to confirm:
  • The correct item was received
  • The correct size and color were delivered
  • The item is free from visible defects
    Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and final.
Failed or Refused Deliveries
If a delivery fails due to:
  • Incorrect contact or address details
  • Customer unavailability
  • Refusal of the order after shipment
    The order may be canceled, and shipping fees will not be refunded.
    Repeated failed deliveries may result in order restrictions.
Delays & Responsibility
ELSE works with trusted third-party courier services. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Courier operations
  • Weather conditions
  • Force majeure events
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please report it immediately at the time of delivery before the courier leaves.
