To ensure clarity and fairness for both our customers and our operations, please review the following policy carefully before placing an order.
No Refund Policy
While we genuinely care about our customers’ satisfaction, ELSE does not offer refunds under any circumstances.
All purchases are final once confirmed. This policy enables us to maintain limited production runs, consistent pricing, and strict quality control.
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, size guides, and images carefully before ordering.
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this no-refund policy.
Inspection Upon Delivery
To ensure customer satisfaction and transparency, customers are allowed to inspect their order at the time of delivery while the courier is still present.
During inspection, the customer may verify:

The correct size and color were delivered

The product is free from visible manufacturing defects
Once the courier leaves, the order is considered accepted and final, and no claims will be entertained afterward.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are accepted only in the following situations:

The wrong item was delivered

A clear manufacturing defect is identified at delivery
Exchange Conditions

The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

All original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact

The exchange must be requested at the time of delivery

Exchanges are subject to product availability
If the requested item or size is unavailable, the customer may select an alternative item of equal value.
Non-Exchangeable Cases
Exchanges will not be accepted if:

The courier has already left

The item was worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery

The issue is due to incorrect size selection by the customer

The request is based on change of mind

Minor color variations occur due to lighting or screen differences
Shipping Fees for Exchanges
If an exchange is approved:
